Amazon delivers dummy iphone instead of an oppo phone to customer

A customer ordered oppo phone from online shopping portal Amazon. After getting the delivery of his phone he immediately opened the box in front of the delivery person and found that there was a dummy iPhone instead of the phone he ordered he was shocked to see it.

Amazon deined to take responsibility

Vipul Rabari is the customer who placed the order for oppo neo 5 white colour worth RS 5,899 from Amazon. His order number was 40798774797170736 was delivered to him on Tuesday afternoon. Despite choosing cash on delivery (cod) Vipul was forced to pay to the Amazon delivery person.
Vipul told that the delivery person informed him about the status of the delivery and he cannot do anything so he had to pay the amount.

Vipul also made a video of the delivery person accepting the mistake.
Amazon denied to take the responsibility and blamed the seller.
Amazon told Vipul that the company has nothing to do with the issue, it is the mistake of the seller.
