Amazon's latest phone "ICE"

Amazon is working on a new smartphone codename "ice". It is said to be the successor of the phone Fire which was launched in 2014 but the device was not up to the mark. The main reason was that Fire phone had their own OS instead of the Google's android . The new device "ice" will be having the android OS with built in apps like maps, Gmail & so on.

Features

The screen size of the device is expected to be 5.2- to 5.5-inch display, it will have a 13 megapixel camera, fingerprint scanner at the rear, it will be running on the latest android nougat 7.1.1, it will have a snapdragon 435 chip, 2GB of RAM & 16GB of internal storage. The device currently does not support Amazon's Alexa but it is said that it can be added later. The phone could go on sale in India by the end of the year. The price of the device is expected to be $93.
