Detel a Tech start up has launched an exciting EV at an affordable price of Rs.20,000. The bike has a top speed of 25 km/hr, and hence we need not have license or vehicle registration. Detel has also partnered with Bajaj Finserv to provide EMI option to buyers. The bike has moped design to it. The bike will be suitable for teens as well for those who travel short distances.
Specs
The bike is powered by 250W electric motor with 48V 12 Ah Li-ion battery. The bike can reach a top speed of 25 km/hr and comes with a range of 60 kms. Even if the battery runs out users can pedal the bike. The bike comes with a basket on the front, headlight, power indicator meter, indicators, raised rider seat, and a flat pillion seat, telescopic fork on the front and on the rear it has twin shock suspension.
It takes 8 hours to charge the battery. The bike weighs 56 kgs without the battery. It comes with drum brakes. The battery will have 3 years warranty.

The bike is available in 3 color options to choose from which includes Pearl White, Metallic Red, Jet Black.
