BMW new M8 and 8 series Gran Coupe launched in India|Price starts at Rs.1.30 crore|Stylish design

BMW India has launched new 8 series models namely M8 and 8 series Gran Coupe in India. The new cars are stylish and sportier in terms of look compared to the 7 series.  Both the cars gets new digital instrument cluster with 12.3-inch display and 10.25-inch control display for music system, parking assist. As of the safety features the cars comes 6 air bags, Dynamic Stability Control, electric parking brake, ABS, crash sensor, Apart from that buyers can also choose BMW Night vision with person recognition.

8 Series Gran Coupe 840i

The  8 series on the exterior gets slim headlights, long bonnet and on the interiors it gets new digital instrument cluster,  leather finished cabin, launch control, adaptive suspension,panoramic sunroof. The 8 series Gran Coupe comes only in one engine option  3.0 litre 6-cylinder in line BS6  turbo petrol which produces 340bhp of power and 500NM of torque.The top speed of the car is limited to 250 Km/h. The pricing starts at Rs.1.30 crore and goes up to 1.55 crore for the M sport variant

M8 Coupe

M8 Coupe gets 4-litre twin turbo V8 engine which produces 600bhp of power and 750NM of torque.

For the M8 coupe there are many additional things like M seat belts, M Carbon ceramic brakes, M sports exhaust system. M8 coupe is priced at Rs.2.15 crore. M8 coupe front two seats are positioned in a low position which makes it look sportier than 8 series Gran Coupe. The head rests of the car gets M8 logo in it.
