Social Media Sites are looking to  block terrorist activity on their site

Social media companies are under pressure to block terrorist activity on their sites, facebook recently detailed new measures using artificial intelligence to tackle the problem.

The measures are designed to identify terrorist content like recruitment & propaganda as early as possible in an effort to keep people safe.

Facebook is using technology to identify people who have been removed for violating its community standards for sharing terrorism propaganda.

So if Someone uploads a video related to terrorism, someone reports it then facebook team would review that video then they will use the software the software to create a digital fingerprint of that video, so if someone else tries to upload the video in future, the facebook team would recognize it even before the video hits the site. If the content would violate Facebook's policies no matter what, like a beheading video then it would get removed. 

If someone else shares it for news value or to condemn violence Facebook team would leave it.
