Watto's hundred helps CSK to win the match against Rajastan Royals

April 20 CSK Vs RR match was played at Pune(Match shifted from Chennai). RR won the toss & they elected to field first.The opening batsman both Shane Watson & Ambati Rayudu started to go over the bowling from first over. It all started on the very first ball where Stuart Binny bowled a no-ball in the very first ball of the first over, In the free hit Watson mashed the ball over the bowlers head for  a four. There was a chance to dismiss Shane Watson on the very first over where he edged Binny for a slip catch but the catch was dropped & Watson started smashing all the bowlers all over the park. Watson scored 106 off 57 balls. In which he hit 9 fours & 6 sixes. Watson's knock helped CSK post 204-5 in their 20 overs.
CSK won the match by 64 runs. RR were bowled out for a total of 140 in 18.3 overs. Watson was award Mom for his brilliant knock.

On Receiving the Mom he said

There's no doubt I had extra motivation tonight. Nice to put in the performance that I did tonight. Grateful for the opportunity I've had for CSK. Glad to repay them tonight. Not sure,just one of those things that happened in the first couple of overs(dropped catches) Doesn't mean to drop them, but that's the way it goes. It went my way tonight,got to make the most of it When you feel like you're not learning,it's time to stop.I'm still working on certain aspects of the game. MS & Fleming know how to set up a really good team dynamic.Fortunate to be a part of CSK & to contribute to the win tonight. Chris is the greatest T20 batsman in the world. To be able to score so many T20 hundreds. that's the reason he's called the universe Boss.He keeps bossing attacks around the world.
