Paytm launches offline payment solution!

Paytm the digital payment system launches new offline payment solution for its customers Paytm Tap Card. It is designed to provide seamless payment solutions for its non-internet customers. It uses NFC technology to make safe & convenient digital Payments completely offline at Paytm issued NFC PoS terminals in under a second.

How it works?

To make payments user can add money from their Paytm account by scanning QR code on the Tap Card and by authenticating it at any of the AVM (Add Value Machine).

The customer has to simply tap the card at a merchant terminal to pay, this offers them a mode of payment through Paytm even while they are not carrying their phones.
