DSK Benelli has launched a new bike!

 

Well finally after a long wait DSK Benelli has launched its bike Tornado 302R. The bike is entry level product portfolio, it is a sports bike. The bike has been launched in Indian market at a price tag of  Rs 3.48 lakhs. This bike is based on Benelli TNT 300 which is naked bike. The newly launched Tornado is a sports bike & has a fairing which makes it very attractive. The bike will be available in 3 colors Red Nero, White Rosso, & silver Verde. However the booking of the bike was commenced at company's 25 dealership across the country at a down payment of Rs 25,000.

 

DESIGN

Benelli Tornado 302R is based on a traditional steel Trellis frame chassis that makes this machine weight less compared to TNT 300. The bike has a full fairing, dual headlight, led tail light with clear lens turn blinkers, wider handlebar, 14-litre fuel tank, stylish dual silencer. The bike weighs 180 kg.

SPECS

The bike is powered by a liquid-cooled 300cc in-line twin cylinder, BS-IV complaint 4 stroke engine that produces a max power of 38bhp at 11,500 rpm & 27NM of torque at 10,000rpm.

 

Safety features

The bike is equipped with ABS, AHO.

The bike looks excellent, the bike has electronically restricted top-speed of 170kmph. This machine will be compete against Yamaha R3, Kawasaki Ninja 300, & KTM RC 390 in this segment.
