Sony has slashed prices for its smartphones!





Sony has slashed the price of its 2 smartphones under the Xperia series. The phones for which the prices were slashed were the XA1 and XA1 Ultra smartphones in India. The company has reduced Rs 2000 for both the smartphones.

The company launched the Xperia XA1 at Rs 19,990 and now it is available at Rs 17,990, while the XA1 Ultra was launched at Rs 29,990 and is now selling at Rs 27,990. The smartphones are available at leading retail stores in the country.

The Sony Xperia XA1 comes with a 5-inch HD display and runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The smartphone is powered by 64-bit MediaTek Helio P20 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The device comes with a 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by inserting a microSD card. It sports a 23MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front shooter for selfies. The device is available in White, Black, and Pink colour options and is backed by a 2300mAh battery.






On the other hand, the Sony Xperia A1 Ultra sports a 6-inch full HD display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution. The smartphone runs Android Nougat and is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek Helio P20 processor. The smartphone offers 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by inserting a microSD card. This also comes with a 23MP rear camera with LED flash and a 16MP front camera for selfies. The smartphone houses a 2700mAh battery and comes with all the essential connectivity options.
