The New Tejas express which has several new features including wifi, LCD display will be starting the service from today. Tejas express is the India's first semi-high speed full AC train.
The luxury train boosts several features such as LED TV, Tea/coffee vending machine, wifi, snack table at each coaches. It will flagged off by railway minister Suresh Prabhu. The train is expected to be flagged off at 3.25pm & will reach Goa by 12.35am. The train will travel at a speed of 130 kmph. The train is equipped with CCTV cameras,smoke & fire detection system,bio-vacuum toilets, Gps based passenger info display system. It will 19 coaches. The fare starts from RS 835 & goes up to RS 2,590.
